Jeremiah had his first doctors appointment Jan. 23 and has already gained a pound!!  He now weighs in at 8 pds 4 oz.  He is being so good while Mommy recouperates and gets rested up.  She is going to need all the rest he will allow her now!  She had a hard time of it, but came through it like a champ.  We are very proud of her and Jeremiah!!

Update: Jeremiah now weighs 11 pds 14 oz, almost a 3 pd gain and grew 2 1/2" since his last dr.'s appointment!!  He is going to be a BIG BOY!!  He is doing great and Mommy is adjusting well to Mommyhood.

Wow, Jeremiah had his checkup today.  He has almost doubled his birthweight.  He weighed in at 13 pds 7 oz's!!!!!  He is also 23 1/2" tall.  You couldn't ask for a better baby.  What Mommy thinks is fussy, is well... to most of us that have had fussy children, he is just making little noises, testing out his little voice. Mommy, please don't blink, as he will be crawling around and climbing up on things before you know it and making noises like you never thought possible!!  Hehe, a Grammy's memory isn't as poor as our children would like to think!

It is so very hard to believe that Jeremiah is a big 1 YR OLD!!  He weighs in at 24 lbs 10 oz and is on the move constantly.  He is such a good natured little boy and is very curious of all things.  He REALLY enjoyed his birthday cake that Mommy baked for him, as you can see on his My First Birthday page.  He put his whole body into eatting it.  Grammy also taught him how to say, "COOKIE"!!  He is a pure joy and we have enjoyed watching him grow and develop over the last year.
